Dial into Your Mailbox from outside your Norstar System (external line)

To open your mailbox from an outside line, dial into your company's telephone system either through a regular line or a back line setup by your System Coordinator and wait for the Flash's Automated Attendant to answer the line.  Once the system answers the line, hit ** and then your Mailbox number combined with your password followed by the # key.  The system will tell you what to do and if you have any messages.
