Transfer Feature Code

Transfer Feature Code is used to transfer calls to a mailbox.  While the call is active, press the memory button where Feature 986 is programmed, then enter the mailbox number where you want to direct the call.  The caller is now transferred.  Do not put the call on hold.

To use the transfer feature, program 986 to a memory button.
